Tights & Mustard

It`s no secret that I love shirts, specially this one, I love that I can wear it as a dress too.

For a chilly Mexican winter day a pair of tights is necessary, that’s why I added to my look my favorite kind, black tights, I believe there’s no other color of tights aloud, you can find them in different types; Sheer for really cold days, Opaque witch have a great variety of deniers, like the ones I’m wearing (90 denier) the super trendy Fishnet, the Seamless tights among others like sport and support kinds of tights.

I like color but definitely not in my tights, when I was 21 years old and lived in Milan I got this crazy streak where I bought colored tights and looked like a clown.

What I’m never ever going to wear are the white nurse kind of tights, I really hate them.

What I love the most of chilly days is that I can wear sweaters all day long, usually in Mexico you have three seasons in one day, during the morning is winter, in the afternoon is summer and by night autumn.

This mustard oversize sweater is perfect to combine with my long shirt because it covers more than 60% of my shirt, when you wear a shirt longer than the topcoat of your outfit it has cover a great amount of your shirt in other to look on purpose and not like it doesn’t fit.

I’m not an accessory kind of girl but when it comes to hats I go crazy, I love them I have tons of them but I almost never wear them, I should change that, and because of that I wore one for this post.

I bought this bowler hat many moons ago and I still love it, it adds a “je ne sais quoi” to my outfit.

Since I´m always walking and running while I´m working I wore confortable shoes, a pair of black oxfords, comfy and stylish.

I hope you like it.
